Red Rock Kia made my car buying experience the best it’s ever been. I love my 2019 4Runner!! I’ve been browsing around for a new car for a while and when I saw the 4Runner I fell in love. I had a very positive buying experience at Red Rock Kia. I called the dealership to let them know I was coming in to test drive a Telluride. I called because I was going to get there about an hour before closing time. I spoke with Phil and he was waiting for me with keys in hand. I looked at all 3 Tellurides on their lot, but only test drove one. During the test drive Phil began explaining all the options the vehicle had (way too many to count). Phil was very personable, professional and answered all my questions about the vehicle, the dealership, and service department. I never felt pressured or like Phil was trying to rush me because of my late arrival. I decided to purchase the vehicle and that process was seamless too. I met several employees that night, Hank, Phil and Marcus. They were all great to work with. I came back the following morning to pick up my vehicle (my choice) and they had cleaned it and did a walk through with me again. Phil took the time and set up many of the options I would need right away which I appreciated very much. I couldn’t be happier with my new vehicle or with the way I was treated by the Red Rock Kia staff.
